Residential Swimming Pool Safety Regulations – One-Year Extension

The Minister of Municipal Affairs, Geneviève Guilbault, has announced that the deadline for bringing residential swimming pools into compliance has been postponed.
Originally set for September 30, 2025, the deadline is now extended to fall 2026.
