The Town of Baie-D’Urfé and its white-collar workers sign a new collective agreement

On Tuesday, December 19, 2023, representatives of the Town of Baie-D'Urfé and the Syndicat des fonctionnaires municipaux de Montréal (SCFP) officially signed a new 4-year collective agreement covering the period from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2026, which was adopted in December by the Municipal Council

Temporary Closure of Lakeshore Road between Normandy and Brittany Streets on December 14, 2023

On December 14, 2023, between 7:00 A.M. and 3:30 P.M., the firm commissioned by the Town of Baie-D’Urfé, Services d’arbres Primeau Inc., will cut down the trees in front of 20143 and 20163 Lakeshore Road. This operation will require the temporary closure of Lakeshore Road between Normandy and Brittany Streets.

Safe-exchange zone

The Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) informs us that Poste de Quartier 1, located at 2883 boul. Saint-Charles in Kirkland, now has a safe-exchange zone accessible 24/7. The zone is located in front of the station and is under camera surveillance.
