Town Planning Advisory Committee

Responsibilities

The Town Planning Advisory Committee (TPAC) is mandated by the Town Council to conduct studies and make recommendations regarding urban planning, zoning and subdivisions.

 

Members of the TPAC

The TPAC is comprised of two members of Council and four residents members appointed by resolution of the Town Council of Baie-D'Urfé. At the regular Council meeting of January 13, 2026, the following members were named for a two-year mandate, i.e. from January 13, 2026, to January 12, 2028.

  • Councillor Tom Thompson, as Chair
  • Councillor Wanda Lowensteyn, as Vice-Chair
  • Councillor Martial Pagé, Substitute Member
