Contract management

Some municipal by-laws are available online for consultation. The online versions are no substitution to the official versions adopted by the Council.

The proposed regulations are available to the public on the Town website for consultation purposes only. At this stage, they have not been adopted by the Council so that changes may be made prior to their adoption at a later date. The promulgation of any regulation is made through the publication of a public notice.

Any discrepancies between the regulations available on this website and those kept in the Town Registry Department, the latter take precedence for all purposes. The French version also takes precedence over the English version.
