Community Mediation

Are you involved in a conflict with a neighbour, a friend or a family member...?

The West Island YMCA Impact program offers free and confidential mediation services that can help you.

Conflicts of any kind, which normally could not be resolved through the judicial system. This organization is an alternative justice program and is a member of the ROJAQ (Regroupement des organismes de justice alternative du Québec). Little is known about this program, yet it has been offered to citizens of the West Island for more than five years.

West Island Community Resource Centre (CRC)

The West Island Community Resource Centre (CRC) is a community-based, non-profit organization serving the West Island community of Montreal. For over 30 years, the CRC has been connecting West Island citizens with the resources and information they need. The CRC provides an information and referral service by phone, email and in person. Other services include the publication of specialized resource guides and a no-cost legal clinic several times a year. CRC Mobile is the organizations's newest program, geared towards isolated and vulnerable seniors of the West Island.
