Snow Removal Operation

In the winter time, the snowplough must accomplish its duty. To avoid the risk of collision between the snowplough and your bin and to ensure that your bin will not be ignored due to an inappropriate positioning, do not leave it too close to the road.
Following collection and whenever possible, make sure to bring your bin back in your driveway to clear the way for the snow removal operation.
Temperature Fluctuations

Before venturing on the frozen lake, make sure the ice is safe and never leave alone especially when temperatures remain near zero.
Free Skating to enjoy!

Please note that the skating rinks at Picardy Park and at the Red Barn are currently open for free skating. However, we would like to point out that only the multiplatform skating rink of the Red Barn is currently accessible. In view of any temperature fluctuations, please follow any posted signage on-site.

Dear citizens,
This winter, the Town will be setting-up a 2.36 km cross-country ski trail for all to enjoy, weather permitting. The path will be unidirectional and signs will be installed all along the trail.
See the proposed plan.
So enjoy the outdoors and make the best of this winter season!
