Garage sale

Garage sales are authorized throughout the residential zone, under the following conditions:

There can be no more than one garage sale per unit per year.
The sale must be held by the occupant of the dwelling.
The sale must take place during the week-end, cannot exceed two days and must be completed by 5 p.m. on Sunday.
Small signs are tolerated the day of the sale and must be removed by 5 p.m. Sunday.
Customer’s cars must not be parked in front of the neighbors driveways. To ensure the street flow, cars must park only on one side of the road.
