Online Tax Account

Residents can now view and download their tax account in a simple and secure manner.

The Voilà platform provides access to:

  • Tax accounts starting from 2024
  • The outstanding balance of the tax account
  • The scheduled payment deadlines
  • The property assessment of your home

How to Sign Up

Click on:

ACCESS YOUR TAX ACCOUNTS AND BALANCES ONLINE

Then, create your account by clicking on the "Register" button.

Once you have access to the platform, click on the “Property” tab, then select “Add a Property” – you can search by address (do not include a comma after the civic number) or by file number.

Next, click on “Add a Tax Account” – to complete registration, current property owners must enter their account number and an amount from their 2025 tax bill.

New property owners must use their account number and an amount from their transfer tax (“welcome tax”).

If you no longer wish to receive a paper version, activate the option “Receive my tax accounts online only.”

In person — over the Internet — at an ATM machine

In person at Town Hall

Cash — debit card — cheque

By mail to the Town of Baie-D'Urfé
