Drone Activity in Baie-D’Urfé

An authorized drone will be flying over Baie-D’Urfé as part of a project commissioned by the Town. The aerial images and videos collected will be used to highlight our parks, waterfront, and community spaces, and to support future planning and communications initiatives.

Delivery of the Voter Registration Notices and 2026-2027-2028 Property Assessment Notices

Due to the impacts of the postal strike, the Town of Baie-D’Urfé has implemented alternative measures for the delivery of official documents.
The voter registration notices, along with the 2026-2027-2028 property assessment notices, are being hand-delivered to your address this week by a Town employee.
We encourage all residents to check their mailboxes over the next few days to review these important documents.
Inspection of Fire Hydrants

Septic Tank: Key Points to Remember

Lid Accessibility
For your safety and the proper functioning of your installation, ensure septic tank lids are not buried. In winter, frozen ground makes access extremely difficult in case of emergency. Ideally, use lids that meet standards, preferably made of plastic rather than concrete blocks.

Unveiling of the Archaeological Artefacts Display at Baie-D’Urfé Town Hall

On Tuesday, September 23, 2025, the Town of Baie-D’Urfé unveiled a display of archaeological artefacts discovered during the 2023 renovations and expansion of Town Hall. These discoveries, spanning from the prehistoric presence of Indigenous communities to the period of contact with Euro-Canadian settlers and the modern era, retrace thousands of years of local history.
