Update – Coming into force of the new urban planning by-laws

Following the issuance of the certificates of conformity by the Agglomeration of Montreal, the Town of Baie-D’Urfé is pleased to announce the coming into force of the new urban planning by-laws.

By-laws No. 1108, 1109, 1110, 1111, 1112, 1113, 1114, and 1116 came into effect on October 20, 2025, while By-law No. 1115 came into effect on October 21, 2025.

This update represents an important milestone in modernizing the Town’s planning framework to promote harmonious and sustainable development.
