Following a comment from our contractor, we wish to remind you that it is important not to overload your bags with leaves by the roadside on collection day, especially when there are several bags and that your leaves are wet. You should be able to carry them using only one hand and the contractor must be able to lift the bags without any injury (max. 50 pounds)...
Bertold Canine Park Fence Installation postponed

Please note that fencing installation work on the west side section of the dog park is postponed to the week of November 2nd. Installation to be continued into the following week. In the course of these works, the Town will also install removable fences to close off access to the lake for the winter period.
Water Service now restored on Lakeshore

October 29 - 12:00 p.m. Dear citizens, the water pipe line serving the Whiteside Taylor Center sector has been fixed and water service is now restored on Lakeshore between Pointe Caron and Carrière streets. Please note, however, that the Whiteside Taylor building remains closed for the time being until the situation is resolved. We apologize for this inconvenience and will keep you informed.

The Baie-D’Urfé Council and Administration were surprised and dismayed to receive the resignation of long-standing Mayor, Maria Tutino on October 19, 2020. Mayor Tutino’s last day will be November 9, 2020. Mayor Tutino has made the difficult decision to resign due to family considerations. Ms.Tutino has been Mayor since 2006 where she was an instrumental force in demerging Baie-D’Urfé from Montréal.

New Interventions on the Aqueduct Network

We wish to inform you that as of today, Thursday October 22nd, the City of Montreal's Water Supply Department must proceed with an unexpected closure of its distribution system in the context of the REM project. Please note that 10 to 15 PSI drop in pressure will be felt in the Town. The return to service is scheduled for tomorrow, end of the day.
Inspection of our fire Hydrants on the Baie-D’Urfé territory
