Every nomination paper for any of these positions must be filed at the Office of the Returning Officer on the following days and times:

September 19, 2025 to October 3, 2025

  • Monday: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Thursday: 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Friday: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

NOTE: On Friday, October 3, 2025, the Office of the Returning Officer will be open continuously from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. It is strongly recommended to book an appointment before coming.

The candidates’ meeting was held on October 7, 2025, at 7 p.m. at Town Hall.

2025 Nomination Packages

For all citizens wishing to run as a candidate in the November 2, 2025 municipal election, nomination packages are available online or at Town Hall, located at 20410 Lakeshore Road.

Training sessions offered by Élections Québec 

To help future candidates prepare, the political financing coordination team of Élections Québec will be offering several online training sessions (via Teams) in September and October 2025.

These 1.5-hour sessions will cover:

  • The role of the candidate
  • Sources of financing
  • Electoral expenses
  • The DGE-1038 form
  • What’s new for the 2025 election
