Limit of left turn on Anciens-Combattants Northbound

REMINDER

Effective as of September 17th, 2018

As of September 17th, the SADB City Council is limiting the left turn on Anciens-Combattants northbound from Highway 20 going westbound during the end of day rush hour between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. except for emergency vehicles and EXO buses (STM and CIT La Presqu'Île).

This one year pilot project will possibly impact the Town of Baie-D'Urfé, as motorists from SADB wishing to head the westbound direction will have to return on Morgan Road to take the 20.

This inflow of vehicles was not anticipated as no prior discussion was held with the representatives of the Town of Baie-D'Urfé.

Please note that we will remain vigilant and monitor the situation carefully. If this decision made by the SADB Council results in a new congestion on the Morgan and Lakeshore intersection, Baie-D'Urfé Town Council will take all the necessary measures to prevent this transit.

Draft By-law No 769-4 to further amend By-Law 769 Traffic and parking - to limit left turn on Boulevard des Anciens Combattants heading northbound (under Galipeault bridge) to access the westbound ramp of Highway 20.
