Bus Network Redesign: Public Information Sessions

The Town of Baie-D’Urfé wishes to inform residents that the STM will be holding several public information activities as part of its bus network redesign.
These sessions will provide an opportunity for residents to speak directly with STM representatives, learn more about the redesign, and better understand the changes that may affect them.
Natural Areas Reforestation: Contract Awarded

At the February 10, 2026, Municipal Council meeting, Council awarded the contract for the reforestation of natural areas to Services d’arbres Primeau Inc., following a public call for tenders
Hydro-Québec Work on Morgan and Picardy Streets

Hydro-Québec work will take place on Morgan Street on February 11, 2026, and again on March 25, 2026.
The street will be fully closed to traffic during the work. Detours and a pedestrian corridor will be put in place.
In addition, work is also scheduled on Picardy Street on February 13, 2026, resulting in road closures and detours in the area.
2026 Winter Olympics – Let’s Support Our Local Athletes

We would like to offer special encouragement to Aurélie Moisan, a snowboard athlete and resident of Baie‑D’Urfé, as well as Amelia Wells, a cross-country skiing athlete (classic and freestyle), whose grandparents also live in our town.

Reminder – Maintenance Contract

If you own an advanced secondary treatment system, a tertiary system (such as Hydro-Kinetic systems), or any other system requiring maintenance, you must renew your maintenance contract annually and submit a copy to the Town. This is a legal requirement under the Regulation Q-2, r. 22.
Tax Credit for Bringing Septic Systems Up to Standard

You may be eligible for a refundable tax credit for bringing residential wastewater treatment systems up to standard if, among other things, the following conditions are met.
