Demolition Committee in person and live webcast

The Demolition Committee will hold a meeting, in person at the Fritz Community Center and also broadcast live via webcast, on May 5, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. A recording of the meeting will be available on the website afterwards.

It is with regret that the council of the Town of Baie-D'Urfé acknowledges the decision of its clerk for the past two years, Mtre. Tania Lê, to resign as of May 13.
Public consultation on the first draft by-laws

The town invites citizens to attend this public consultation meeting, in the format of a discussion table, which will be held in person at the Whiteside Taylor Auditorium on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, from 7:00 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The Baie-D’Urfé Junior Council is back!

All Baie-D’Urfé youths from ages 11 to 18 are welcome. The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 26 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at Fritz Community Centre.

Important Notice: Flushing and inspection of our fire hydrants

Please be advised from May 2nd to May 20th, we will proceed with the flushing and inspection of all our fire hydrants in the residential sector of the Town.
This procedure is done annually to make sure our fire hydrants work properly and also to help clear sediments from the underground pipes. Flushing and inspection also help to ensure proper operating pressure for fighting fires.
Extension of maintenance work: Notice of drop in water pressure

Until April 20, 4 p.m., the City of Montreal is extending its maintenance work on the water system. Ongoing operations may cause a drop in water pressure.
Resumption of concrete pavement reconstruction work on Highway 40 eastbound in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue and Baie-d’Urfé

Notice of drop in water pressure

On April 13 and 14, the City of Montreal will be performing work on the water system that could cause a drop in water pressure of up to 15 psi throughout Baie-D'Urfé.
Cloudy or colored water

Due to the City of Montreal's intervention in the water distribution system, the water served throughout Baie-D'Urfé may be cloudy or colored.
