Your voting day guide – Municipal Elections 2025

The municipal elections are fast approaching, and the Town would like to remind electors of the key dates to mark on your calendar. This is your opportunity to take an active part in local democratic life and to choose your representatives on Town Council.

Important dates

  • Advance voting: Sunday, October 26, 2025, from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
    Please note that if election staff is limited, wait times for voters may be longer.
  • Election day: Sunday, November 2, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Voting locations

  • Advance voting: Red Barn, 20609 Lakeshore Road
  • Election day: Joseph-Henrico Elementary School, 20 Maughan Street

Voting conditions

  • Be a Canadian citizen
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be domiciled in Baie-D’Urfé and have lived in Québec for at least 6 months, or be the owner of a building or occupant of a business establishment located in the Town for at least 45 days
  • Not have lost your electoral rights
  • Be entered on the electoral list

You must also present one of the following pieces of identification: Québec driver’s licence, Québec health insurance card, Canadian passport, Certificate of Indian status, or Canadian Forces ID card.
