Use of Leaf Blowers prohibited on the Baie-D’Urfé Territory

It will be proposed to ban the use of leaf blowers between June 1st and September 30th. In order to initiate this process, a notice of motion will therefore be tabled at the July 14 Council meeting agenda.

The provisions of this amendment shall not apply to employees, labourers, contractors or any other person acting on behalf of the Town or the Government of Quebec who are operating at the request and with the authorization of the said organization.

Any violation of this By-law will be liable to a fine between $200 and $400.
