A heat wave is expected over the next few days. To help residents stay cool during this period, the Town of Baie-D’Urfé is putting in place two temporary measures.

Cooling Station – Red Barn (Coop side)
A cooling station will be available at the Coop side of the Red Barn (20 609 Lakeshore Road), open from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. on June 23, 24 and 25, for anyone needing a break from the heat in an air-conditioned space.

Public Pool – Exceptionally Extended Hours
Free swim will be available at the public pool (20 613 Lakeshore Road) from 1:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., June 23 through June 25. Access is free for residents, with proof of residency required.

Heat Safety Tips:

  • Spend a few hours in a cool or air-conditioned space
