Stormwater Infrastructure Work on Surrey Street

The Town of Baie-D’Urfé wishes to inform residents that stormwater infrastructure work will take place on Surrey Street, between Maxwell and Apple Hill Streets, starting on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, for an estimated duration of 16 weeks.

Please note that preparatory work will take place during the course of this week. 

Key information:

  • Surrey Street will be completely closed to all traffic — cars, bicycles, and pedestrians — between Maxwell and Apple Hill for the duration of the work.
  • A detour route will be set up to minimize the impact on local travel.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • The work will be carried out by Les Pavages D’Amour, under the Town’s supervision.

Notices will be delivered shortly to residents directly affected by this work.
