Road Work on Lakeshore Rd. - Update

The paving on Lakeshore Road is now complete. The detour put in place this summer is no longer in effect and regular STM bus service has resumed since 5:00 a.m. on September 17, 2021. The following finishing work will take place over the next few days:
- Reinforcement of shoulders with granular materials
- Reprofiling of ditches and adjustment of catch basin heights
- Repair of private entrances (paving and pavers)
- Repair of the chain link fence
- Cleaning, sodding and hydroseeding
- Marking of the roadway
Following these steps, the work on Lakeshore Road will be officially completed. You will be informed of the completion date of the work as soon as possible, which is expected to be in October.
