REMINDER – Nuisance Regulations

The Nuisance By-law regulates the use of equipment such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, chain saws, etc.

This summer, before undertaking any work on your property or for your landscaping, we invite you to consult the schedule of use in the Most Commonly Accessed Information section of our website available below. Please note that this means, among other things, that the use of equipment causing noise nuisance is prohibited for contractors on statutory holidays, such as Quebec National Holiday and Canada Day. Moreover, the Town's regulations takes precedence over the practices of the construction industry. Thank you for your cooperation.
