Register for the Vulnerable Persons Registry

The Vulnerable Persons Registry helps the Town better support residents who may require additional assistance during emergencies, such as prolonged power outages, extreme heat, ice storms, or other major events.

If you are a vulnerable person due to age or a mobility, visual, hearing, or other impairment—or if you know someone who could benefit from this service—we encourage you to register.

To register, complete the form available below and submit it to Town Hall in a sealed envelope. You may also complete the form in person at Town Hall or at the Public Works Department.

All information collected is kept strictly confidential.
