PUMPTRACK TRIAL PERIOD AT JOHN-WEIR PARK

As announced previously, the pumptrack located at Morgan Park will be moved today for a trial period at John-Weir Park.

This project is an initiative of the Youth Council. In order to ensure that all the issues related to the installation of this equipment are properly evaluated, Municipal Council decided to conduct a pilot project for the installation of the pumptrack at each of these two sites recommended by the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee (PRAC).

Following this second trial and based on citizen feedback, Municipal Council will make the final selection of the pumptrack location this coming fall. If you have any further questions and/or would like to share your comments, please send an email to: info@baie-durfe.qc.ca
