Public Consultation Meeting on the Draft Urban Planning By-laws

The Town of Baie-D’Urfé invites all residents to a public consultation meeting, held as part of the public consultation process under the Act Respecting Land Use Planning and Development (CQLR, c. A-19.1). This meeting will take place on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 9 a.m., at Alexander von Humboldt School (216 Victoria Street).

The session will also be broadcast live online, and the recording will be available afterward on our Website.

In accordance with the Act Respecting Land Use Planning and Development, this meeting aims to present the recently adopted draft urban planning by-laws to residents, as part of the public consultation procedure leading up to their adoption, with or without modification.

The meeting will include a presentation of the main proposed changes to the draft by-laws, followed by a question period during which residents may share their comments.

Please note that the by-laws adopted during the May 13, 2025 Council meeting will be made available at 7:30 p.m. on the same day on the Development Projects page of our Website.

Everyone interested is invited to take part in the meeting.
