Postponement of the Adoption Process for Urban Planning By-laws

The Town of Baie-D’Urfé would like to inform its residents that the adoption process for the new urban planning by-laws will be postponed by one month.

This decision was made by Town Council to allow the Urban Planning Department to review the questions and comments received from citizens to date and determine whether any modifications should be made.

This additional time will also allow for necessary corrections to be made to typographical and translation errors identified in the preliminary version of the by-laws.

We are currently working on a new adoption schedule, which will be shared as soon as possible. We invite you to stay tuned for further updates.

As a result, the public consultation originally scheduled for April 26 has been cancelled and will be rescheduled in May. The new date and location will be announced shortly.
