Online Animal Management Platform - emili

We are pleased to present the online animal management platform, emili! The Town's dog license register is now available at https://emili.pet/.
All dog owners must enroll their dog on this platform in order to be entered in the Town's register.
ALREADY HAVE A DOG REGISTERED WITH THE TOWN
Owners who already have a dog registered with the Town must renew their license on the platform.
As of January 1, 2024, the renewal fee will apply, as indicated in By-law No. 1063 concerning animals. The dog license is valid for a period of two years.
- Click on the link https://emili.pet/.
- Click on "Recovery - I have a license but no account"
- Do a search by typing in your first name, last name and the name of your dog to retrieve your file.*
- Complete the form by checking the information on the Animals **, Account, Document and Payment pages to update your file. You can receive email notifications when a dog is lost on the territory if you check the box.
- You will then receive an email confirming your registration.
Your dog will keep the same identification tag for the rest of their life. You will not receive a new tag.

**For the Animals page:
- To choose your dog's colour(s), click on the box and choose colour(s). You can choose more than one colour
- To choose your dog's breed, click on the box and choose the breed(s). You can choose more than one breed
- To choose the vaccine(s), you can click on "+" to add vaccines
Once your file has been created, you can access it at any time by clicking on Connect-I want to login on the emili.pet home page, then enter your email address and password. To make changes to your account, click on "profile" at the top left of the page (accessible by clicking under your name) and make your changes.
A renewal notice will be sent to you by email one month before the renewal date. The $ 30 fee must be paid online every two (2) years, in order to be registered with the Town. Any owner who does not have a valid license is subject to a fine in accordance with By-law No. 1063 concerning animals.
NEW DOG OWNER
For new dog owners, you must register your dog on the platform. As of January 1, 2024, registration fees will apply, as set out in By-law No. 1063 concerning animals. The dog license is valid for a period of two years.
- Click on the link https://emili.pet, click on "Registration-I want to create an account". Select "Baie-D'Urfé" from the drop-down list. Indicate the number of dogs, click on "Continue”
- Fill in the form. *On the first page, Animals**, enter the details for your dog. The second page, Account, is for the owner's details, the third page, Document, is for inserting your documents (vaccines, photo of the dog, if you wish) and the last page, Payment, is for paying the registration fee.
- A window with a green box and a message "Processing, payment has been added" will appear. Your account will then have been created
- You will receive an identification tag for your dog by mail within two to three weeks following registration. Your dog will wear this tag for the rest of their life

Dog owners who do not have a computer may contact Public Works during regular office hours. We recommend that you make an appointment by calling 514-457-5324.
