New Collective Taxi Reservation Platform

Published on October 2, 2026

Starting October 4, 2026, the STM will introduce a new reservation platform for its collective taxi services, including routes 284 and 294 serving Baie-D’Urfé.

The new platform is intended to provide a simpler and more consistent reservation experience.

To reserve a collective taxi in Baie-D’Urfé starting October 4:

  • Online reservations must be made through the new platform: taxicollectif.stm.info.
  • Customers who already have an account will not need to create a new one and can continue using their existing login information.
  • For reservations by phone, the new number will be 450-671-9999.

The STM will also communicate directly with current customers to help them through the transition.

Collective taxi users are encouraged to take note of these changes and plan accordingly.
