Inspection of fire hydrants in the residential sector

As of October 11, 2022, the firm Simo Management Inc., mandated by the Town will proceed with the inspection of our fire hydrants in the residential sector.

This procedure is done annually to make sure our fire hydrants work properly. The inspection also validates hydrant pressures to ensure protection against fires.

These interventions can cause water pressure to drop and tap water to become temporarily discoloured.
