Inspection of fire hydrants

From September 25 to October 4, 2023, the firm Simo Management Inc., mandated by the Town will proceed with the inspection of our fire hydrants in the residential and industrial sectors.

This procedure is done annually to make sure our fire hydrants work properly. The inspection also validates hydrant pressures to ensure protection against fires.

These interventions can cause water pressure to drop and tap water to become temporarily discoloured.
