Halloween Safety Tips
Published on October 27, 2025
Halloween is a time of fun and celebration, but it’s just as important to keep safety in mind while trick-or-treating. Here are some simple tips to ensure a safe and enjoyable evening:
- Wear clothing with reflective bands to be clearly visible;
- Carry a flashlight to see better and never go out alone;
- Agree with parents on the route and time of your return;
- Go door-to-door in a group, or accompanied by an adult and wait outside the houses;
- Walk only one side of the street at a time to avoid crossing unnecessarily;
- Cross streets at intersections and respect road signs;
- Refuse to approach a vehicle without the permission or the presence of a parent;
- Check with your parents all of your candies to make sure they can be eaten safely.
By following these precautions, children and families can make the most of Halloween while staying safe.
