What is a Site Planning and Architectural Integration Plan (SPAIP)?
An SPAIP (Site Planning and Architectural Integration Plan) is a flexible approach to project evaluation based on criteria rather than rigid standards. This method ensures the quality of the site planning and architectural integration of a project within its neighborhood.
This workshop is the third of a series involving citizen participation and allowing their voices to be heard. To watch the recording of the last workshop, click here.
