- New Urban Planning By-Laws – Information Session
New Urban Planning By-Laws – Information Session
Saturday, March 29, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The Town of Baie-D’Urfé invites all residents to attend an information session on Saturday, March 29, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., at Alexander von Humboldt School (216 Victoria Street). This meeting will provide an opportunity to learn more about the new urban planning by-laws that the Town intends to adopt in the coming months. The session will also be available live via webcast.
During this session, we will present the key highlights of the regulatory reform and provide an overview of the proposed changes.
It is important to note that this session does not replace the official public consultation required by law, which will take place at a later date. However, it serves as an additional opportunity to help residents better understand the new by-laws.
The session will take the form of a presentation, allowing time to cover all aspects of the new regulations.
Citizens who may have questions or comments after the presentation will be invited to submit them to the Urban Planning Department.
Consult the new by-laws online now in the "Regulatory Reform" section of our Development Projects page.
We encourage you to review them before the session and to join us for this presentation on Saturday, March 29.
We look forward to seeing you there!
