Emergency Measures Committee

Roles and Responsibilities

The Emergency Measures Committee supports the Town of Baie-D’Urfé in planning, coordinating, and communicating civil protection measures. It plays both an advisory and operational role in the maintenance of the Town’s Emergency Measures Plan and ensures timely mobilization of municipal and community stakeholders in the event of an emergency or disaster. This committee is effective for two (2) years beginning November 12, 2024, until November 12, 2026. 

The committee is composed of elected officials, senior municipal staff, and representatives from key safety and volunteer organizations.

Please note that member appointments may be reviewed following the election of the new Council. This information will be updated if required.
