Vulnerable Persons Registry

If you are a vulnerable person due to your age or a disability (impaired motor skills, vision or hearing, etc.), you can request to have your name added to the Town’s vulnerable persons registry.

In the event of emergency situations such as earthquakes, heat waves or ice storms, the Town will be able to advise emergency services of your particular situation.

To be added to this list, simply fill out this form and send it to Town Hall in a sealed envelope. Alternatively, you have the option to fill out the form in person at Town Hall or Public Works. Please note that this information remains confidential.
