The agendas of regular and special meetings of Town Council are posted on the Town website, usually the Friday before the meeting. They are also displayed on the public notice board outside Town Hall and on the notice board inside the Whiteside Taylor Center.
To request the addition of an item on the agenda of a regular meeting, applications must be submitted before 4 p.m., the Thursday preceding the meeting. Requests must be sent to:

If necessary, the Town Clerk may convene, upon request of the council, a special meeting. No calendar is set for these meetings.
The agenda will be posted 24 hours before the time fixed for the meeting on the public notice board outside Town Hall, on the notice board inside the Whiteside Taylor Center as well as on the Town website.
Regular Council meetings are held once a month, in accordance with an adopted calendar. Generally, the Baie-D'Urfé Town Council meets the second Tuesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall.
